Our Computer Aided Programs are designed for students who are seeking quality acupuncture and TCM education but have time and/or regional limitations and are unable to attend our regular classes. High definition streaming instructional videos, 24/7 available, provide a high live class setting for online learners and enrich students’ study resources. Interactive online practice,quizzes make students easily self review. Additionally, we put scores of case studies and mock exams on our unique website for students to practice, which are simulating the provincial exam and can help students prepare. Also, we use a high-speed server and advanced computer system to avoid lagging and provide students sufficient technical support. All our efforts want to let students learn in more flexible and easier way.

as Ph. D degree holders in acupuncture and TCM with extensive teaching,
clinical and research experiences, and are joined with a diversity
of health care practitioners such as physicians, naturopath, dentists,

holistic and integrated approach towards their practice.

Intensive
Site Training
Twice a year, students receive onsite
intensive training which mainly focus on hands on skills development,
and clinical training under experienced supervisors to gain compact
clinical knowledge in a short period of time.

Standard Of Curriculum
The curricula of both the Acupuncture
Diploma Program and TCM Doctor Program offered by CITCM meets or
exceeds the regulation requirements of Alberta, British Columbia
and the United States. The curricula is based on five years TCM
university training in China with sufficient training hours: 2900
hours for the acupuncture program and 4007 hours for the doctor
of TCM program.

E-Study
E-Study System provides exceptional supplementary
support for our students to help them get the most out of their
learning. We provide a unique, interactive multimedia E-study system
that includes question banks, case studies, and discussion forums
for effective communication to ensure questions are answered in
a prompt time frame. We also feature class videos, practice quizzes,
interactive flash cards, and message boards. This helpful tool allows
us to ensure quality education for our on-campus and E-learning
students.

Study
trip to China
You will be learning in the teaching
hospital of TCM University under the instruction and supervision
of sophisticated professors and doctors to see varieties of clinical
conditions and gaining practical experience. Topics based on participant's
interest will be given as additional lectures.
