Foods
Choosing the right ones for your
body
According to the theory of TCM
(Traditional Chinese Medicine) grains, fruits, vegetables,
meats, nuts, in fact almost every food we eat has its own
nature, which can be described as Yin or Yang, cold or warm,
moist or dry. Each individual body has its own constitution,
and it is only when the nature of the food fulfills the needs
of the body that we can get the most benefit from the foods we
eat. A healthy diet can avoid many health problems, and can
help in the recovery of diseases. Our workshop provides you
with the information about your body constitution according to
TCM principals and gives you suggestions about the kind of
diet that is most suitable for you.
